Biography

Unpretentious blues/rock guitar and an earthy voice... Danny has shared the stage with countless great performers, but among the better known are John Mooney, Bobby "Blue" Bland, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Tower of Power, Loverboy, Steve Luongo, Buck Dharma of Blue Oyster Cult, Mark Farner, Eddie Money, Little Feat, Marcia Ball, Cliff Williams and Brian Johnson of AC/DC, Hall & Oates, REO Speedwagon, Rick Derringer, Jason Bonham and Buckwheat Zydeco. 

In 2007, Danny performed with Emir & Frozen Camels in Austria at the 3-day MTV festival outside Salzburg. Headliners on that bill included Nine Inch Nails, Fallout Boy, and Snow Patrol. He was included as a featured performer at the 10-day Friendship Festival in Gorazde, Bosnia and the 2007 tour culminated with a featured headline performance in Serbia at the 4-day Belgrade Beerfest for an estimated 100,000 music fans.

 

 

In 2006, Danny headlined the Mostar Blues Festival at the Luciano Pavarrotti Music Centre, with Darrell Nutt, Emir Bukovica and Michael Rogers in Mostar, Bosnia.

 

In 2005, Danny was chosen to perform live with Cliff Williams and Brian Johnson of AC/DC, Darrell Nutt and Joe Connors at the 96K-Rock Hurricane benefit in Florida.


Danny shared the European “Best International Music Collaboration” Award in 2002 for an album with Bosnian rocker Emir of “Emir and Frozen Camels”. Four Top Ten Hits came from that album which also featured Darrell Nutt and Elliott Randall (guitarist for Steely Dan and the Doobie Brothers). Danny’s voice and guitar are featured on “Sarajevo, New York, Roma”, the winner of the European “Davorin 2003” “Best Song of the Year” award.

 Currently... Danny performs at Festivals, Concerts and Select Venues in the U.S. and Europe.
